Late Arrival

It is important that you arrive on time to enjoy the full duration of your session. Unfortunately if you arrive late for your appointment time I may not be able to extend your appointment time as I often have back to back bookings.  

Advance notification of your late arrival would be greatly appreciated and I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment.

Client Cancellation and Non Attendance 

Whilst I realise that daily life has unanticipated events occur that may interrupt your massage appointment I would appreciate notification as soon as possible should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Existing and New Client Information

Every appointment session involves a brief consultation regarding your health and requirements from the treatment.

This may include:

  • Discussion of medical form and any health issues

  • Assessment of any issues

  • Discussion of previous treatments

Confidentiality and Privacy

The information collected throughout  your treatment  shall be stored securely and not be disclosed to any third parties unless authorised by the yourself or required under the law. Information may be collected either in writing or verbal. All documentation shall be kept for the minimum of 7 years as per law requirements.

Professional Boundaries

Requests for sexual activity or favours WILL NOT be tolerated and will be viewed as solicitation and reported to the proper authorities. The client WILL NOT be scheduled or rescheduled for an appointment.

The breast and genital area will not be massaged under circumstances. 

Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and therapist is NEVER appropriate it and not tolerated.
